I believe that my job is to ask the best questions and then carefully listen to what you have to say. In this manner, I can develop effective strategies to help you buy or sell your luxury home or condo in Markham and surrounding areas. I work hard at trying to understand what my clients need. I take a consultative approach and ask lots of questions — I don’t make assumptions. Instead, what I offer is strategic thinking.

I grew up in the Woodbridge area and after graduating with a Bachelor of Applied Arts, I started my working life in the field of healthcare sales. From there, I moved into consulting for KPMG in both Toronto and Vancouver. I eventually opened my own management consultancy – a background that I believe will help provide you with a competitive edge. Assessing market conditions and developing pricing strategies is extremely important for both buyers and sellers. My business background has helped me to become skilled at analyzing complicated data. And I know how to distill it and present it so that it’s easy for homeowners to understand.

There is no doubt that the rise of the Internet has had a dramatic impact on how buyers search for homes. Studies completed by the National Association of Realtors founds that over 85% of home buyers used the Internet as a source of information. A strong online presence is critical when presenting a home for sale to the marketplace.
As part of my marketing strategy, I will showcase your home with high-quality digital tours as well as a distinctive array of local, national and international advertising. My clients have hundreds of thousands of dollars invested or on the line, and buyers have hundreds of listings from which to chose, so I think it’s my obligation to provide “value-added” tools such as professional photography, captivating and well written property descriptions, and high-quality property brochures to help your home stand out. My job is to do a lot more than the basic MLS listing. I will market your home.
I am continually upgrading my skills in order to keep abreast of developments in both the procedural and marketing aspects of real estate transactions. In addition to being a member of the Toronto Real Estate Board and the Ontario and Canadian Real Estate Associations, I am also a member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing and am a certified e-PRO – qualifications held by only a handful of Canadian Realtors. I’m also an active community member, and have been a member of both the Vaughan Chamber of Commerce and the Markham Board of Trade. In September 2010, I became a member of the Toronto Real Estate Board MLS Committee, and held that role for three terms.
